The use of Haig Club instead of vodka adds a new dimension to this cocktail thanks to the butterscotch sweetness of the whisky combining with nutty coffee notes.
RECIPE
- 25ml Haig Club Clubman
- 25ml Crème de Cacao
- 25ml Espresso
- 10ml Gingerbread syrup
- 3 coffee beans
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
PREPARATION
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice
- Strain into a Martini glass
- Garnish and serve
