Don Julio Avant-Garde Paloma

A simple twist on a classic Paloma, adding a delicious fizz. 


  • 25ml Don Julio
  • 600ml Grapefruit juice
  • 25ml Vanilla liqueur 
  • 12 Dashes vanilla bitters


  1. Into a siphon combine Don Julio, grapefruit juice, vanilla liqueur and vanilla bitters
  2. Charge siphon with carbon dioxide to add fizz
  3. Dispense into chilled champagne flutes
  4. Garnish with grapefruit zest.
