
A simple twist on a classic Paloma, adding a delicious fizz.
Recipe
- 25ml Don Julio
- 600ml Grapefruit juice
- 25ml Vanilla liqueur
- 12 Dashes vanilla bitters
Preparation:
- Into a siphon combine Don Julio, grapefruit juice, vanilla liqueur and vanilla bitters
- Charge siphon with carbon dioxide to add fizz
- Dispense into chilled champagne flutes
- Garnish with grapefruit zest.
