A fresh nod to the Cuban classic! Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay Key Lime chilled with Navan Vanilla Liqueur, sour cherry liqueur, ruby grapefruit juice and fresh lime. Served straight up with amarena cherries...Papa Hemingway would be proud!

RECIPE

  • 35 ml Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay Key Lime
  • 10 ml Navan Vanilla Liqueur
  • 10 ml Sour cherry liqueur
  • 35 ml Ruby grapefruit
  • 10 ml Lime

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in an ice filled shaker glass
  2. Shake well
  3. Strain into a well chilled martini glass
  4. Garnish with amarena cherries.

Alcohol content: 9.2g per serve
