
RECIPE:
- 35ml Gin
- 15ml Simple syrup
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 25ml Champagne
- Flute
- No ice
- Lemon peel
PREPARATION:
- Pour Gin in shaker.
- Add the juice of half a lemon and simple syrup.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake.
- Strain into a flute.
- Top with champagne.
- Twist a lemon peel on top.
