Ginger Mojito

In the mood for something fresh and frisky? Myers's Platinum Rum with sugar cane liqueur, ginger syrup and mint. Served over ice with a splash of club soda...sweet and smooth with a nice spicy kick!

RECIPE

  • 35 ml Myers's Platinum Rum
  • 10 ml Sugar cane liqueur
  • 15 ml Ginger syrup
  • 1 Splash club soda
  • 5 Mint leaves
  • 15 ml Lime

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice
  2. Shake well
  3. Strain into an ice filled highball glass
  4. Top with club soda
  5. Garnish with lime wedges and mint.
