First invented in 1888 at the Imperial Cabinet Saloon in New Orleans by Henry C. Ramos, it has had over a century to solidify its name in the classic cocktails’ Hall of Fame.

Originally called the New Orleans Fizz, it is still considered one of the city’s most famous cocktails. Wow your guests with this sensational serve.

Gordon’s Gin Fizz Cocktail Recipe


  • 15ml Gordon's Gin
  • 200ml Champagne
  • Lemon rind, peeled


  1. Add Gordon's Gin to a well-chilled copa glass.
  2. Top up with champagne.
  3. Garnish each glass with an twist of lemon peel.
