Gordon’s Ruby Cooler Cocktail

A cocktail that’s perfect in the autumn as well as the summer. The Gordon’s Ruby Cooler is a classic mix of fruity combinations that suits everyone with a sweet tooth.

Make your own Ruby Cooler cocktail with Gordon’s London Dry Gin for superior taste and extra crispness. 

Gordon’s Ruby Cooler Cocktail Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 50ml Gordon's Gin
  • 100ml Cranberry Juice
  • 20ml Ginger Ale
  • Raspberries to garnish

METHOD:

  1. Add Gordon's Gin into highball glass.
  2. Fill the glass three-quarters of the way with ice.
  3. Top up with cranberry juice followed by the ginger ale.
  4. Stir with a bar spoon.
  5. Garnish with fresh raspberries (or with a wedge of lime).

Alcohol content: 14.81g per serve
