
Haig Club is served with Sake and ginger in this spicy, delicious drink.
RECIPE
- 15ml Haig Club
- 15ml Umeshu Sake
- 1 tsp Ginger syrup
- (Blend 1 kg fresh ginger root with 100ml water, strain liquid through a chinois and mix with caster sugar, 2 parts sugar to 1 part ginger juice)
- 100ml Soda
- Ginger slice
- Highball glass
- Cubed ice
PREPARATION
- Add all ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice
- Stir briefly
- Garnish and serve.
