Haig Club is served with Sake and ginger in this spicy, delicious drink.

RECIPE

  • 15ml Haig Club
  • 15ml Umeshu Sake
  • 1 tsp Ginger syrup
  • (Blend 1 kg fresh ginger root with 100ml water, strain liquid through a chinois and mix with caster sugar, 2 parts sugar to 1 part ginger juice)
  • 100ml Soda
  • Ginger slice
  • Highball glass
  • Cubed ice

PREPARATION

  1. Add all ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice
  2. Stir briefly
  3. Garnish and serve.

Alcohol content: 6.7g per serve.
