Recipe
- 50ml Haig Club
- 135ml Sparking Apple Juice
- 6 Dashes of Ginger Bitters
- Slice of Fresh Ginger
Preparation
- Pour all ingredients over hand-cracked ice in a highball glass
- Garnish with a long slice of fresh root ginger.
