Tantalize your taste buds! An enticing blend of Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay Coconut, Flavored Stirrings Espresso Liqueur, pineapple juice and cola. Served on the rocks, it's iced coffee, island style!

RECIPE

  • 25 ml Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay Coconut
  • 25 ml Stirrings Espresso Flavored Liqueur
  • 50 ml Pineapple juice
  • 70 ml Cola

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine the first 3 ingredients in a shaker with ice
  2. Shake well
  3. Strain into an ice filled collins glass
  4. Top with the cola
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Alcohol content: 9.1g per serve
