A light fruity way to enjoy Bulleit Bourbon.

RECIPE

  • 37.5ml Bulleit Bourbon
  • 12.5ml Melon liqueur
  • 25ml Lime juice
  • 50ml Apple Juice
  • Top with Ginger beer
  • Lime wheel
  • Highball
  • Cubed

PREPARATION

  1. Add all ingredients except ginger beer to a cocktail shaker
  2. Shake to mix
  3. Strain into a highball glass
  4. Top with ginger beer
  5. Garnish and serve.

Alcohol content: 14.2g per serve.
