
The use of a dry vermouth provides a different taste on a Manhatten cocktail.
Recipe
- 50ml Bulleit Bourbon
- 20ml Dry vermouth
- 1-2 Dashes Angostura bitters
Preparation:
- Combine Bulleit and Dry vermouth into a mixing jug
- Add Angostura bitters
- Stir with a bar spoon
- Add ice and stir again
- Strain into a cocktail glass
- Prepare a lemon peel
- Twist over cocktail glass, place lemon peel into cocktail and serve.
Alcohol content: 18.6g per serve
