The use of a dry vermouth provides a different taste on a Manhatten cocktail. 

Recipe

  • 50ml Bulleit Bourbon
  • 20ml Dry vermouth
  • 1-2 Dashes Angostura bitters

Preparation:

  1. Combine Bulleit and Dry vermouth into a mixing jug 
  2. Add Angostura bitters 
  3. Stir with a bar spoon
  4. Add ice and stir again
  5. Strain into a cocktail glass
  6. Prepare a lemon peel 
  7. Twist over cocktail glass, place lemon peel into cocktail and serve. 

Alcohol content: 18.6g per serve
