This Caribbean cocktail will dazzle you! Myers's Platinum Rum with Myers's Original Dark Rum, sugar cane liqueur, ruby grapefruit juice, cinnamon syrup and a splash of absinthe on the rocks...delightful!

RECIPE

  • 25 ml Myers's Platinum Rum
  • 15 ml Myers's Original Dark Rum
  • 10 ml Sugar Cane Liqueur
  • 15 ml Ruby grapefruit
  • 15 ml Lime
  • 15 ml Cinnamon syrup
  • 1 Splash(s) Absinthe

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice
  2. Shake well
  3. Strain into an ice filled rocks glass
  4. Garnish with a orange twist.

Alcohol content: 12.6g per serve
