This Caribbean cocktail will dazzle you! Myers's Platinum Rum with Myers's Original Dark Rum, sugar cane liqueur, ruby grapefruit juice, cinnamon syrup and a splash of absinthe on the rocks...delightful!
- 25 ml Myers's Platinum Rum
- 15 ml Myers's Original Dark Rum
- 10 ml Sugar Cane Liqueur
- 15 ml Ruby grapefruit
- 15 ml Lime
- 15 ml Cinnamon syrup
- 1 Splash(s) Absinthe
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice
- Shake well
- Strain into an ice filled rocks glass
- Garnish with a orange twist.
