You can't resist the Captain's version of this classic cocktail! Captain Morgan's Black Spiced Rum chilled with sweet and dry vermouth and a dash of bitters. Served straight up, it's Manhattan perfection!

RECIPE

  • 25 ml Captain Morgan's Black Spiced Rum
  • 15 ml Sweet vermouth
  • 10 ml Dry vermouth
  • 3 Dashes bitters
  • 1 Lemon twist

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine liquid ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir to perfection
  2. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

Alcohol content: 11.5g per serve
