
RECIPE:
- 50ml White Rum
- 25ml Cream of coconut
- 75ml pineapple Juice
- 75ml lime juice
PREPARATION:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake vigorously
- Strain into a highball glass filler
- Garnish with pineapple spear and maraschino cherry.
