- 25ml Lime Juice
- 25ml Sugar Syrup
- 5 fresh raspberries
- 3 raspberries on a pick
- Coupette glass
- No ice
- Muddle the raspberries in a cocktail shaker
- Add all ingredients and shake over ice
- Double strain into a chilled coupette glass
