Raspberry Mojito

Captain Morgan's rum is mixed with lime and raspberries in this fruity, delicious twist on the classic.


  • 50ml Captain Morgan's White Rum
  • 25ml Lime juice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • 8-10 Mint leaves
  • 5 Raspberries
  • Top with Soda
  • Mint sprig
  • Highball
  • Crushed ice


  1. Muddle raspberries and slap mint leaves into a highball glass
  2. Half fill with crushed ice
  3. Add rum, Lime, Sugar syrup and soda and mix through with a bar spoon. 
  4. Cap with more crushed ice
  5. Garnish and serve.
