The Captain likes his punch with plenty of pizzazz! Captain Morgan's Original Spiced Rum mixed with apple and pomegranate juices and fresh lime and topped with a splash of ginger ale...lip-smacking good!

RECIPE

  • 50 ml Captain Morgan's Original Spiced Rum
  • 50 ml Apple juice
  • 25 ml Pomegranate juice
  • 10 ml Lime
  • 70 ml Ginger ale

PREPARATION:

  1. In an ice filled shaker glass add in the first 4 ingredients
  2. Shake well and strain into an ice filled rocks glass
  3. Top with the ginger ale
  4. Garnish with a lime wheel twist.

Alcohol content: 13.8g per serve
