Singleton Bramble

Season / Occasion

A Scottish twist on a gin classic, the rich fruity Singleton of Dufftown single malt whisky, zesty fresh lemon and rich blackberry liqueur stirred through crushed ice.


  • 3 Blackberries
  • 35ml Singleton
  • 20ml Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Sugar syrup
  • 15ml Blackberry liqueur
  • 3 Blackberries
  • Lemon Thyme


  1. Muddle 3 blackberries in a shaker filled with ice
  2. Add Singleton, lemon juice and sugar syrup
  3. Shake to mix
  4. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with crushed ice
  5. Drizzle blackberry liqueur
  6. Garnish and serve.

Alcohol content: 11g per serve.
