
A Scottish twist on a gin classic, the rich fruity Singleton of Dufftown single malt whisky, zesty fresh lemon and rich blackberry liqueur stirred through crushed ice.
RECIPE
- 3 Blackberries
- 35ml Singleton
- 20ml Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Sugar syrup
- 15ml Blackberry liqueur
- 3 Blackberries
- Lemon Thyme
PREPARATION
- Muddle 3 blackberries in a shaker filled with ice
- Add Singleton, lemon juice and sugar syrup
- Shake to mix
- Strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with crushed ice
- Drizzle blackberry liqueur
- Garnish and serve.
