Smirnoff Kale Mary
A bold Smirnoff Red take on the classic Bloody Mary, replacing the tang of tomato juice with leafy green kale.
- 50ml Smirnoff No.21 Vodka
- 10ml lemon juice
- 2 or 3 kale leaves
- 4 dashes of pepper bitters
- Pinch of paprika, cayenne, salt
- Lemon wheel/Cherry tomato/Mint sprigs
- Highball glass
- Cubed ice
Rim a glass with a combination of salt, pepper, and paprika.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, roll gently and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish and serve.
