Smirnoff Kale Mary

A bold Smirnoff Red take on the classic Bloody Mary, replacing the tang of tomato juice with leafy green kale.

RECIPE

  • 50ml Smirnoff No.21 Vodka
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • 2 or 3 kale leaves
  • 4 dashes of pepper bitters
  • Pinch of paprika, cayenne, salt
  • Lemon wheel/Cherry tomato/Mint sprigs
  • Highball glass
  • Cubed ice

PREPARATION

Rim a glass with a combination of salt, pepper, and paprika.

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, roll gently and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish and serve.

Alcohol content: 14.8g per serve.
