Smirnoff Raspberry Mint Collins
The classic Collins is transformed into this raspberry Smirnoff drink - a refreshingly tasty summer cocktail, bursting with raspberry flavours and topped with a hint of mint.
- 50ml Smirnoff No.21 Vodka
- 15ml simple syrup
- 15ml lemon juice
- 3 Raspberries
- Lemon wheel, basil and raspberries.
- Rocks glass
- Cubed ice
- Muddle the raspberries in a cocktail shaker, then add all ingredients and fill with ice
- Shake to mix
- Double strain into a rocks glass
- Garnish and serve.
