Smirnoff Raspberry Mint Collins

The classic Collins is transformed into this raspberry Smirnoff drink - a refreshingly tasty summer cocktail, bursting with raspberry flavours and topped with a hint of mint.


  • 50ml Smirnoff No.21 Vodka
  • 15ml simple syrup
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 3 Raspberries
  • Lemon wheel, basil and raspberries.
  • Rocks glass
  • Cubed ice


  1. Muddle the raspberries in a cocktail shaker, then add all ingredients and fill with ice
  2. Shake to mix
  3. Double strain into a rocks glass
  4. Garnish and serve.
