Spiced Rum Sour

Set sail for the islands with this sublime sipper! Captain Morgan's Original Spiced Rum and amaretto liqueur mixed with fresh lemon and honey syrup. Served shaken over ice and topped with a splash of soda water...anchors away!

RECIPE

  • 35 ml Captain Morgan's Original Spiced Rum
  • 10 ml Amaretto Liqueur
  • 15 ml Lemon juice
  • 15 ml Honey syrup homemade
  • 70 ml Club soda

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a bar shaker with ice
  2. Shake well and strain into an ice filled rocks glass
  3. Top with the soda water
  4. Garnish with an orange peel
  5. Honey Syrup is equal parts honey + water.

Alcohol content: 11.6g per serve
