RECIPE
- 35 ml Tanqueray No. Ten Gin
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- 25 ml Sparkling wine
PREPARATION:
- Pour Tanqueray NO. TEN Gin in shaker.
- Add the juice of half a lemon and simple syrup.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake.
- Strain into a coupe glass.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Twist a lemon peel on top.
