A classic, served long and packed with citrus flavours, a perfect serve for Tanqueray Gin


  • 50ml Tanqueray Gin
  • 15ml Simple syrup
  • 30ml Lemon juice
  • Top up soda


  1. Into a highball glass, add the lemon juice, gomme syrup and Tanqueray Gin
  2. Fill it up three-quarters of the way with ice
  3. Top up soda
  4. Churn well
  5. Garnish with a lemon slice.
