50ml Jinzu Gin

200ml Tonic Water

1 Stick of Lemongrass (Garnish)

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Build in an ice-filled Highball Glass.

  2. Stir gently to combine.

  3. Garnish with a Lemongrass Stick.
