The Singleton Spey Cascade is stirred over ice in the style of an Old Fashioned to release its delicious orange and barley notes.
RECIPE
- 50ml The Singleton Spey Cascade
- 10ml Sugar syrup
- 2 dashes bitters
- Orange zest
- Rocks glass
- Cubed ice
PREPARATION
- Add all the ingredients to a rocks glass full with ice
- Stir to mix, add more ice to fill
- Garnish and serve.
