40ml Jonnie Walker Gold Label Reserve
20ml Honey Syrup (60/40) Runny Honey dissolved in Hot Water then chilled in the fridge.
20ml Lemon Juice
25ml Egg White
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
1 Orange Twist (Garnish)
1 Grapefruit Wedge (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Rocks Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.
Strain into an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.
Garnish with an Orange Twist and a Grapefruit Wedge.
