Go glam with the Hayworth! A sensational blend of George Dickel No.1 White Corn Whisky, white pepper syrup, lemon and cassis. Served with a hard cider float and white pepper raspberries...irresistible!
RECIPE
- 25 ml George Dickel No.1 White Corn Whisky
- 10 ml White pepper syrup
- 10 ml Fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml Cassis liqueur
- 15 ml Hard dry cider
- 1-2 Whole white pepper raspberries
PREPARATION:
- Chill a cocktail glass
- Add all the ingredients except the cider in a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake vigorously
- Strain into the cocktail glass
- Float the cider and garnish with raspberries
- Place fresh raspberries in white pepper syrup for at least 24 hours to flavour.
Alcohol content: 11.5g per serve
