“I’m a naturally shy person”, says Anna, who became a bartender because she “wanted to take myself out of my comfort zone – working in a bar seemed a good way to do that”. Anna started in Cork where she “found a love for creating cocktails”, then moved to Dublin to expand her knowledge. Anna’s current place of work, MVP, is what she describes as “a modest, local bar known for its excellent cocktails” – look out for her exciting, alternative take on bartending.
