Nine years behind a bar has helped turn DimitarDimitrov into one of the best bartenders in the world, with experience not just serving, but managing high traffic bars. He took part in many international competitions before being crowned Bulgaria’s World Class bartender earlier this year. He keeps himself busy by seeking out new cocktail trends and working on ways to incorporate elements of his local culture into his creations.
