As a boy, Duy enjoyed visits to small local markets near his home in Vietnam, which helped give him a strong understanding of flavours and ingredients. He’s used this experience, along with his love for Vietnamese food, to craft exciting cocktails, which he loves to share with his guests. He loves bartending, he says, “because I can share my life experiences with my guests through the cocktails I create.”
