Before he was a bartender, Jacko worked as a chef at an Italian restaurant and the experience at the kitchen has consequently influenced the way he creates his cocktails and changed his concept of what makes a good drinks. He loves to share and talk to his customers, learning about different cultural backgrounds and sharing personal anecdotes. These interactions with his customers have constantly inspired him with brand new ideas and appreciations for his cocktails.
