Refaat Ghostine


Refaat started his bartending career in one of Beirut’s most well-known clubs, Buddha Bar. Growing tired of the blasting music he moved to to the oldest Shumen cocktail bar in Beirut where he began to take bartending seriously. Refaat then challenged himself to try something new, learning different bartending and cocktail making styles by working at Momo’s and an Argentinian restaurant bar called Punta Del Este. He now works as the head bartender at Beirut’s Central Station Boutique Bar about which he says “everything is different there. It’s a unique bar where practicing World Class quality drinks is routine”.
