Alvaro knew he wanted to be a bartender as soon as he walked into a bar. He travelled and worked as a bartender from Rio to Mallorca to perfect his craft, before opening his own bar. He believes his inspiration comes from everywhere, from things in the past to every day rituals. If he could make a drink for someone, if would be for his late grandfather to chat over dinner.
