Just three years ago Andrew was making his first cocktail, now he is competing in the World Class Finals! Andrew used to watch YouTube videos to try and learn as many classic skills as he could when he first started out. Flavour mapping and the molecular aspect of cuisine and drink are of great interest to Andrew as he loved science in school and is excited at the technology that is becoming available with more and more bars investing in high tech equipment.
