Antonio worked as part of the kitchen team when the bar needed help one evening. He started to help out and fell in love with the buzz and customer engagement. He likes working with elements learnt when working back of house and bringing them into his cocktails. Antonio is inspired by classic cocktails from the Prohbition Era.
