Boo accredits his bartending skill and success to his mentor and fellow colleague at Jigger & Pony- Aki. Aki has inspired Boo to always strive to better himself and his craft and lead Boo working his way up to a Principle Bartender position behind the bar. If he was to create his favourite drink for a guest he would design a tailored Martini. This allows him to find out more about his guest and really define their preferences to create something great.
