Working in the kitchen as a dishwasher when he was a student, Dries was asked by his boss to help behind the bar as the bartender that night was sick. At that moment he knew his future would be in bartending – making guests happy and entertaining them behind the bar. Currently a bar manager, Dries is building up his savings to open up his own bar in the next few years. He loves Zacapa and the whole story behind it, while likes playing with techniques like shrubs and home fermented sodas.
