Mica made a pact with his father that if he finished his engineering degree, this father would support his bartending dreams. The day after his graduation saw him start his first day in the profession. Due to the distillation of lime that come from Mexico in Tanqueray No. 10, Mica believes that Tanqueray has a part of Mexico in its soul. Mica’s signature serve is titled ‘Smoked Inside Manhattan’ where he places smoke inside an empty ice sphere and cracks in front of his guests.
