Alfado’s bartending career began as back bar to help support his studies in Switzerland. After graduating, he travelled around Indonesia and Singapore to learn more about bartending, being mentored and making friendships. He chose to settle in Bali where he is inspired by the culture, tradition and artisan spirit which is reflected in the serves he creates. He admires the London cocktail style and has dreams of furthering his bartending career in London some day!
