Cleiton’s journey into bartending began while at university, when, along with some friends, he formed a team to work in bars and parties creating cocktails. After graduating, Cleiton travelled to Spain and spent time working in cocktail bars there. He’s inspired by the heat of the moment and what his customer is looking forward to tasting!
