After completing his mandatory time in the army, Du Ui chose a career in bartending as he liked that it gave him the opportunities to meet different people each day! He loves to express his Korean culture through his serves by using local ingredients and adding Korean twists to classics. His childhood memories are a source of inspiration, but he loves to find new ideas from the culinary world in both ingredients and technology. Du Ui has dreams of owning a bar, but also to teach and encourage upcoming Korean bartenders.
