Edwin was drawn to the hospitality industry after he finished his Sociology degree. He enjoys meeting people, hearing their stories and creating new cocktails for them! Edwin has always had a thing for the nightlife scene, having played in a punk band through his college years, before moving into hip hop and Djing. Now bartending takes up most of his weekends!
