Janusz accidentally fell into bartending! As a waiter, one night he tended to the bar and the rest was history. He is passionate about ingredients in both food and drinks, being inspired by the produce he finds in his local market. Janusz’s dream is to open his own venue that is focused on Polish products, create a line of mixers and potentially an Amaro!
