Julian has worked in the bartending scene since he was 17, primarily in cocktail bars in London, Bergen and Melbourne! His biggest passion is about giving great guest experiences, knowing that drinking is more than just the drink itself, but also the environment and atmosphere around it. Julian’s dream for the future is to combine his passion for bartending with exploring more of the world!
