Maksim was born in a small coal-mining town in the far east of Russia. Today, he’s managing a bar in the heart of Siberia. Maksim is influenced by the nature he was exposed to growing up, showcasing this in the drinks he crafts. The cocktail market where his bar is based is just starting to grow and he’s passionate about introducing guests to quality cocktail culture where they have the opportunity to craft their own path and signature style.
