Mirko has been working behind the bar for nearly half of his life. Growing up with a minibar at home gave him the itch and curiosity to begin experimenting when he was old enough. Today, he’s the bar manager in Piano 35 Lounge Bar where he showcases the importance of storytelling and emotion in his serves. He loves the world of hospitality and hosting curious customers! He’ll be achieving one of his dreams as a World Class finalist, but has another dream of travelling the world on his Vespa scooter!
