Panos has a background in conserving antiques and fine arts, but soon realised that his real passion is getting behind the bar and serving guests! After working for 3 years alongside Jimmy Barrat and the Zuma team in Dubai, he returned to Athens and joined The Clumsies opening pop up bars. He loves to travel, exploring new cultures and flavours he can be inspired by. With a passion for gastronomy, he believes this is a great connection to the worlds of bartending, fine arts and modern design.
