Aurélie, a relative newcomer to the bartending community, began making drinks 4 years ago on the tropical Réunion Island situated in the Indian Ocean. Starting her career in a local nightclub, Aurélie expressed her creativity and fell in love with the bartending world. As a self-taught bartender, Aurélie is fascinated by beautiful and thought-provoking cocktails. Her journey with World Class has allowed her to continue to evolve her skills and creativity. She is inspired by the words of Albert Einstein “Imagination is more important than knowledge..”
