Hailing from the bustling city of Taipei, Barnett began his bartending career when he and his friends started a college cocktail club and fell in love with the unique art and joy of mixology. Inspired by his life experiences, Barnett enjoys approaching cocktail ingredients with a cool culinary interpretation. He dreams of continuing to learn the craft of bartending, exploring the world and eventually opening his own bar in the future.
